I purchased the MetaQuest 3s from bestbuy with Xbox pass for a month for free and the Batman Arkham shadows game with also a horizon+ 3 month free. The store at first gave me the wrong product at first so I had to return it so I can get the right product with the Batman game installed. Yet when getting new device only the horizon three months showed up but not Batman or Xbox game pass is there a code I need to enter that on the box ? Also the previous device still shows on my horizon account.
