It is a bug not an idea

No idea where to post this.... but recently I deleted my Quest Pro from my account due to a controller update that killed off my headset. My headset is being RMA.

The thing is all my apps are associated with a headset and not really with my account. Granted my apps are still in my account just that I cannot really buy new apps or browse through what apps I have because I have no Headset associated with my account.

This is a bug because without the ability to see what apps that I have, I cannot buy new apps if I don't have a headset associated with my account.

What if I want to stay headset free until Quest 3? does that mean that I cannot buy new apps until then? I can see that I can buy new apps and a warning pops up that tells me that I have no headset associated with my account and ask if I want to proceed. The problem though is that none of the apps says purchased so I have no idea if I already own the app before buying.

Is there a bug fix forum? move me there.... thank you.

All resolved.... not sure if it resolved my first problem but I got a new Quest Pro headset and I've paired it with my account and now all my games and apps are showing up purchased. Nothing lost and I'm happy.

Not sure if there was a bug or not.... but for my Sony PS4 and PS5 I use my web browser on my Mac to buy games and once I sign into my account I can see instantaneously all the games that I've purchased regardless the status of whether I own a PS4/PS5 or not.

The difference with the Meta store is that I was given a warning that I don't have a headset connected and whether or not I should proceed to buy a game. Why is this message popping up? and without a headset connected to my account, at the very beginning I couldn't see which games/apps that I had already purchased; I am pretty sure that was the case.

Later on in days.... after rubbing my eyes, I started to see some of my purchased games/apps showing up without my headset paired with my account. This is after I had complained to meta support during my RMA and they asked me the same thing as on here. In fact it was Meta support that told me to post here.

Perhaps I am being gaslighted.... problem got fixed and then I am asked "what problem?" "are you sure?"

Anyways.... got my headset back, paired with my account, no more problems....
