It’s been nearly three months still not getting my replaced Quest3

I discovered a defect in the Quest 3 512G I received in early October and immediately returned it for a replacement. However, after waiting for over a month, I still received no updates

When I contacted you at the time, you mentioned it might be due to an out-of-stock issue. But now, nearly three months have passed, and I still haven’t heard anything.

 I also sent messages to meta support again, but I didn’t even receive a reply.

Meanwhile, many of my friend who placed orders during this time have received their products within the normal delivery timeframe.

 

Could you please clarify if there was indeed a stock issue? I really don’t want to wait any longer.

 

Additionally, since I’ve already waited three months just to have the defective product replaced, shouldn’t the warranty period be recalculated? I’ve literally lost three months of usage time.

Did you ever find an answer mine has Been stuck on preparing to dispatch for 3 weeks , also the specialised team emails me every 2-3 days saying there sorry they don’t know what’s going on but they need more time

but my friend purchased a Quest3 recently and he received it within one week

It pissed me off ,is this they called “stock issue?”

because it means Meta does unfair treatment between the return & change request and new buyers

I feel your pain , I bought a quest 3 ordered on Friday the 13th no joke it came Saturday 14th awesome right ? Only it was faulty and wouldn’t even setup couldn’t connect to the app so couldn’t use support said I needed to send back , so I did and they recievied it in a day , and now I’m here just waiting for the replacement that’s 3 weeks past its estimated delivery date and I have no updates no idea what’s going on no explanation or real information just stuck waiting , 

good luck with yours hopefully they sort it out and fix both our orders asap
