It won't let me play any games

I recently tried to join a game and it said "failed to load meta account" and that appears in all the games.

Only paid games worked.

  1. Are you using your headset standalone or also in PCVR?
  2. Are the games purchased from the Meta Quest Platform or a third party?
  3. Has this just started happening?
