Good point. Horrible EE Network let's customers fend for themselves and they end up floundering in a 'Sorry, I haven't got a clue' forum. This is an excellent forum for technical issues, though.
It would be pretty cool if you guys actually had a Customer Service number...
Business's don't have phone numbers, just ask Oculus.
