Its been 10 days and I still cant get Oculus to install

Reepus
Explorer

So for some reason Oculus decided to uninstall itself when i tried to repair it, which it told me to do, and now it wont let me reinstall it. Ive tried restarting, reinstalling, deleting files, safe mode, reinstalling the installer, giving it admin privileges, trying to get Oculus Runtime / Oculus Library to work even though it never shows up and refuses to run, running it through a admin user, trying to install it on another internal NTFS Drive which it refuses to run on, trying several of the above at the same time, ect. Ive been Contacting Oculus support but they don't lead me anywhere useful, and i really don't know what else i could try. It seems like the program quits when it fills my C: drive, and usually it fills it way too much, like to the point that there isn't any more free space, then when there isn't any more, it quits; it says it either needs 15.3 or 9 gbs to install, which i give it 20 and that's apparently too little, it also seems to have an issue with Windows Defender, a different program interacting with it, and in general access to the computer.

It seems like people are ignoring this post a lot, so i ask, please if you have any info on what my issue might be, please post a comment.

Intel i7 7700HQ

Nvidia GTX 1070

Intel (R) HD Graphics 630

16gig ram Windows 10

These are the three errors i received when trying to run the installer:
