My friend bought a game for me as a gift 2 days ago and the email still hasn't came. The email is correct and he has been charged but there has still been no email. Customer service is no help either

I’m having the same issue, I’ve bought a gift for a friend and they haven’t received it it’s been three days already and I haven’t heard from support (I followed their directions from the reply of this topic)
