I was getting sidequest to work and because it wasn't authorizing i saw someone said to do a factory reset which did work, but in return got rid of all my games, and ones ive paid for. They dont appear in library, in store it doesnt mention anything in purchase history, the store acts like i never bought anything. Ive signed out of phone and quest 2 then signed back in, did another factory reset, restarted. I dont know what to do. Please Help!!!!!!!

First, Did this happen before or after you changed to your Meta account?
Let's try uninstalling the Oculus app on your phone, and then reinstall it and restart the headset.

Hi,
This happened after i changed to my meta account, i had my games all fine till i did the factory reset.
Ive deleted the mobile app and reinstalled, then reset the headset. No games were added back.
(By restart do your mean factory reset or literally just restart it when its on)

Just turn off and turn on the headset is what we mean. We'd love to continue assisting you, however we've exhausted all troubleshooting steps available.

Ill try once more buty instead ill actualy switch it off this time, so sorry if this is wrong,
Delete mobile app (with oculus switched on) - Install mobile app, login in to account (with oculus switched on) - switch oculus off and back on - check if games are there.
