Job Simulator on the Quest 2 has been giving me issues. I have my boundary set up correctly but when I go into Job Simulator the game puts my body in the ground, like the in game ground is above my waist and my head is just barely above ground. I can’t even reach the handle to start the game, let alone do anything. Closing and re opening the game used to fix this issue but now I can’t get it fixed no matter what I try. I have seen others with the same issue, and have read that the PSVR version has an in game calibration room. Unfortunately on the quest 2 we don’t have that. How can I fix this and make the game playable again?

The same problem happens to me. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it again but it still won’t work. Is there any other way I can fix this?

Hey there, @JSoto87! We see when you boot up job simulator, your VR body is stuck in the floor. We know this can make playing a bit awkward, so we're happy to look into our options. First, we need to know, if this something that only happens when playing Job Simulator? or is this something that happens on all games? Also, what headset are you using? A good first step to try would be to restarting your headset. We're looking forward to hearing back from you.

I have the same problem here... when I try to play job simulator the floor is just too low and I have to get on my knees so I can get things and play! that made me really struggle.. in fact I deleted the game and reinstall it and it didn't work .. and another thing this doesn't happen in any other game.
I really need a solution

Hello there, @manar.56202! Having the boundary set at a different height is not ideal and something we can look into. We would recommend going over the steps located on the Troubleshoot Meta Quest headsets: Boundary support page, but if it should continue, please let us know along with any additional troubleshooting steps you have already performed. This can help us investigate further to narrow down the possible cause. We appreciate your time, and have a great day!

We are just checking in on the boundary being lower than expected when playing. If you still need assistance, please reach back out to us. Have a great day!

I am having the same issue, when I begin Job Simulator my body is half way in the floor, I can not even reach the game cartridge to choose a job.
I have checked multiple other games and this is the only one that has this issue.
I have rebooted the headset.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I have verified the floor level and boundary settings in the headset settings.
None of these have helped address the issue, the game is basically unplayable.
