Job Simulator not working

I purchased and approved Job Simulator for my son (age 10) about a month ago, and his headset still says “request sent”. When I check the app on my end, it says he has permission to use it.

Hi there, @Kelly.langaard.lo! Having parental supervision settings enabled is a great way to ensure you control the type of VR experience your child has. Difficulty downloading and playing a game you have granted permission for is not the experience we are talking about, though, so we want to work with you to solve this as soon as possible.

We would like to start by reminding you that due to your son being 10 years of age, he would need to have a Parent-Manage Meta account, which would at this point not allow him to add a form of payment to his account. This could be part of the reason you are facing this issue. Since Job Simulator is not a free game, it would require him to purchase the game, and with no form of payment being able to be added to his account, this would not be possible. However, you can purchase the game as a gift for him under your own account and then allow him to play it via App Sharing. Please keep in mind that any downloadable or add-on game content is not able to be shared via App Share. Thank you for the response! I already purchased the game and gave him permission to use it, but the headset still says "request sent". Do I go into my Meta app and choose "gift" within the job simulator app? Are there any other settings I need to adjust in the app or the headset?
