Just bought 2 meta Q3 headsets and i want to share the apps and games that i will buy on my headset with his headset. And im so confuse with so many different answers: 1. I have to put my account on the 2 headsets and create his account on one and put app sharing but i will not get the 3month of meta+ on one of the head sets. 2.From Meta Ai answer: i create my account on my headset and my nephew on his own headset so we can get our 3 month meta+, then to share apps and games just to create family group and add his account and he will get my apps too. Which one it is? Im so confuse i dont want to buy games 2 times, please some help.

That's right, only the admin of the headset can share games.
The only way I see to get Quest+ for both accounts is: setup one of the headsets with your Nephews account first and after he claimed his Quest+ abo, do a factory reset and set up the Quest with your account.
After that you can add your Nephews account and share your games with him.
