Just cannot delete the device from my account

I factory reseted my device under the my device in Meta Horizon App, and then gave the Quest 2 headset to my friend and helped him to setup the device with his account. After that I sideloaded some apps in the device with my computer, then it looks fine, the headset showed up in his app, and no longer under my device. but then after a week, I logged in to my app again, and seeing it showed up under my device again, this is the second time it happened. I don't know what the problem was. I went to the https://secure.oculus.com/my/devices/ and didn't see the quest 2 headset on the webpage either.  Can someone please help me ~

perhaps uninstall and reinstall of the Meta Horizon app on your phone might help.
