Hey guys, i just updated my Windows 7 to 10 after a long time of putting it off. Back when I used 7 i was running Runtime 6 and never used direct mode because it simply never ever worked for me. Now here on windows 10 I cant used Runtime 6. So I thought to move on up to 8. Problem here is once I install it and go to run the included demo to test if it works or not, it doesn't display anything on the rift. The headtracking and positional tracking work fine, just the screens in the rift display nothing.
My Specs that matter: Oculus Run Time 8.0.0 Oculus DK2 firmware 2.12 R9 290X with latest drivers 1080p monitor plugged into DVI slot on GPU
Here we are, I added another file Called Exception Occured because when I closed the demo it simply popped up in a window, dont know how useful it is but I thought to include it anyway, thanks.
Huh, I havent done anything but for some reason it now works, no idea why. Thanks for helping though. Oculus support team is A+.
