Hey again @Nahkatukka. I've heard back from our internal team and it looks like they weren't able to successfully reproduce the issue on their end. The best they recommended at the moment would be to submit a bug report for it and hold out for a fix in a later update.
Along with that, hopefully someone else from the community can chime in with some helpful tips or tricks to try out!
Today I turned on Quest 3 and new ver 69.0.0.286.352.630583440 was installed and now keyboard is in Finnish, I didn`t have to even select that and It stays in Finnish. So things started well tonight. Lets see what else is now better.

Which Meta Quest device are you using?
Can you check your headset's current version?
You can check in Quick Settings > Settings > Software Update under the Current Version Details section. The formatting should be 68.#.#.###.###.#########. I'll need the full version number string.
Are you using any VPN or proxy that may be effecting your perceived location?

Tried also with finnish io from System -> language & region -> Suomi but no luck there either. When I switch to finnish keyboard and write something and hit enter, next time when keyboard apears, it's in english again.
Also I noticed that if either one of the controllers go to sleep, they can't wake up other than reboot quest 3 or take battery out and put it back to controller.
