Known Issue: Quest 2 SystemUX Crashes when using App Tray/Browser

Hello all, I played some VR last night no issues woke up this morning to find some weird problems. 

Initiallt the issue was SystemUX keeps stopping, I tried clearing cache and storage for the app to no resolution. I then ran a headset factory reset. The system tray now works ok and doesnt crash HOWEVER, everytime I try to open the app tray I now get a blank grey box that looks like a notification and lose my system tray all together. I tried floating the app browser in parallel view this shows the app browser but it's all blanked out and inaccessible behind the blank glitches notification with no system tray. 

Any help whatsoever will be appreciated.

Side note I also relogged and reset oculus all on my phone

I had mine set to English US to start with, so no, unless its just a problem with english in general

I did a switch to a non-English language, so it might be.

Thank you Surfheart followed you advise and it is all working. Library has returned on both headset and iPad.

Same issue with you but I did everything and nothing worked so I had to contact meta quest on chat and they said they will get back to me in 3 business days

I need help and I can find any place, forum, helpdesk or whatsoever who can help me! I did an update and after that, when i want to start up my quest 2, it glitches and then says then the app can not start. and then I mean it stops working when i start it up. Even before I can get into the menu's and such. What the hell is going on and is there a solution for this? I am very unsatisfied with this issue.

I hate when there is so many glitches you would think there would be a way to fix them

It really is crazy when you take the time out of your day and try and make something work better only for it to keep falling apart....
