LEDs not working?

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've been working on my first time set-up for a while now, and I'm getting an error telling me "Can't track your headset" after I'm prompted to put the headset on and squeeze a trigger to set my positon. I'm getting very good tracking on the touch controllers, but the view in the headset seems to be in just a random location - like, I'm looking up at the controllers from the floor. I've tried restarting the setup, restarting my computer, changing what USB port I'm using for the headset, nothing's working.

Then I tried looking at the headset on my phone's camera to check the IR LEDs. I can clearly see the array of LEDs on the very back triangle part of the headset, but that's all that I can see.  Can anyone else verify that I should be able to see more than that? I'm really hoping that I'm not going to have to return my rift (I cleared my calendar for the weekend to play around with it), but it's looking very likely.
