hi everyone i hope someone has had the same problem i am having but i went to charge my headset and now the red light on the side is flashes then it turns on then the charging icon on my screen with flash then it try to turn on then it turns right off and the light on the side with stop flashing and it is now doing this on repeat and it wont charge and it is not butting up so i cant factor reset it. it would help if i could call someone on the support team but it seem like meta doesn't have that function witch sucks but i am hoping someone can help me.
