Left Controller Unresponsive - Quest 3

My Meta Quest 3's left controller has become completely unresponsive. I purchased this device 4 months ago. I have done the following steps: 

  • Checked for damage/dirt (The controller is in perfect condition)
  • Replaced Battery (The LEDs come on and Vibrates when pairing so it is functioning in that sense)
  • Unpaired and Repaired the controller (It says 'success' but does not show up upon using the device) 
    • However, upon pairing or checking the app, it will read the battery percentage of the controller but will still be unresponsive
  • Factory Reset the Headset (Controller is still unresponsive) It seems as I am not the only customer that is recently experiencing this issue as well. Is there anything that can be done about this?
