Hey @DMDamminger. If you've already done that @yungriskie did to fix their controller issues, we'll like for you to create a ticket on our support website. Our support team will be able to look into what other options we have for you, to get your controller working as it should.

DONT YELL AT ME IN THAT TONE OF VOICE YOUNG MAN

how do you fix this

Hey there, @Lotion2011! We hate to see that you are having trouble with your controllers not working properly. We know how important it is to make sure your controllers are working 100% so you can fully enjoy VR, and we would be happy to help you with this issue!

Since the controllers aren't vibrating, it sounds like it is a power issue.

  • Could you please let us know if this is happening with both controllers or just one?
  • Are there any lights flashing from the controller(s)?
  • Have you tried to perform a factory reset on the controller(s)?
    • Right Controller: Hold the "A" and "Oculus" buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
      • Left Controller: Hold the "X" and "Menu" buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
    • Release the buttons immediately after the LED begins blinking red/white.
    • Perform a manual pairing and check if the controller LED would flash blue and white to signal pairing state.
    • Once paired, the controller(s) may take a while to update and stay unresponsive until it's finished, and the LED would be purple during the update.

Please let us know if this is able to assist you!

Have you found a solution , i ve the same probleme

Hey @legotcheurs, having all the haptics working is important for immersion in VR, and we would love to help you with this as best we can with your Quest Pro controller vibration issues. Have you tried any of the following troubleshooting steps? If not, please give them a try and let us know how they work:

  1. Perform a factory reset on your Quest Pro
    • Right Controller: Hold the "A" and "Oculus" buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
    • Left Controller: Hold the "X" and "Menu" buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
  2. Release the buttons once the LED begins blinking red/white.
  3. Perform a manual pairing and check if the controller LED would flash blue and white to signal pairing state.
  4. Once paired, the controller(s) may take a while to update and stay unresponsive until it's finished, and the LED would be purple during the update.

Otherwise, Does the controller LED display any color? And can you confirm if you have the issue on one or both controllers?

We hope these steps can help your issue. If not, let us know and we would love to see what else we can do! 😁
