My left Touch controller has a issue with the Thumbstick, where any motion that would push the thumbstick down (not pressing it in, just moving it down) causes a short signal of it being pushed down all the way to be sent, before continuing as normal.
This happens when either: The thumbstick is initially touched and moved forward, when the thumbstick is released and moves back to the middle, when the controller is shaken, and, at times, whenever the controller is moved in a way that could cause the thumbstick to move miniscule amounts.
I don't know what causes it, the headset (a Quest 2) & controllers have been in use for about 15 months, with these issues appearing (and worsening a bit) over the course of aroudn 4 days so far.
These errors are visible in the controller's input menu both when connected to a PC and in standalone mode.
Any known way to fix this?
