Left controller flashing lights

I was playing a game when my controller slipped out of my and it landed and some water and now it will only flash and vibrate. Any help?

I had the same thing happen to me but is was my left and it landed in some water and it flashes and I have no idea what to do

Mine landed in water and it flash’s and I changed the battery 3 times and I can’t use it

I need help both of my controllers have stick drift I tried to reset the controllers in dead zone but it didn’t work
