Left controller issues.

So how many other folks are having issues with their left controller? Specifically my controller powers on just fine. Lights come on. Everything else But my headset will not recognize it. So now, after I factory reset the headset to try to repair the. controllers. I can't get past the first page on. setting up the the Mediquest two headset. because it won't pair with the left. From my understanding, this is a very common problem. Is it?

I also have issues with left controller, it was shaking at first, then it stopped being visible at all. I bought second controller because previous one also stopped being detected. It's so frustrating

Thanks for reaching out in our community regarding your issue. I understand you're having a bit of difficulty syncing your left controller to your Quest 2, so lets see what we can do! Could you please attempt this troubleshoot to see if this resolves the issue:

 

1. Remove batteries from the controller

2. Go to our Horizon app and select the option to pair a new controller

3.put the batteries back into the controller while holding down on the buttons

I unpaired controllers and factory resetted oculus twice. Please get some special ammo for this case
