Left controller just stopped working.

Have restarted everything a million times. Have changed the batteries. It’s just not recognizing the left one. Everything else works.

Hi @ElegantDonkey  are you able to pair/unpair the controllers in the app, or are you able to see the left controller infrared LEDs by looking at them through a camera phone or webcam?

Is there a small gap between the battery and the battery contacts, the spring plungers can weaken over time.

Hello there, @ElegantDonkey! Thank you for reaching out about these issues. We understand how crucial it is to have a functioning left controller, especially since it’s essential for movement in many games. We would be happy to provide some additional input on top of what oculusness suggested.

Firstly, checking the controller’s power is important. We recommend removing the battery and leaving it out for 5-10 minutes before inserting a fresh one. Then, check the controller for any signs of life. Let us know if you see any lights flashing on the controller, both with the headset on and off. Additionally, ensure that everything is clean with a microfiber cloth and in good condition with no damages.

Unreachable in the app. It shows but is not clickable.
