Whenever I use to joystick for the left-handed controller for my Meta Quest 2 (256GB), I get moved in many different directions even when I am not moving it. There is a constant glitch. I have tried replacing the batteries, resetting the controllers, re-pairing the controllers, etc. Nothing seems to be working.
I bought the extended warranty from Best Buy. They are willing to offer me a refund in the form of a gift card, but they no longer sell the Quest 2, 256GB model anymore. My unit is still under warranty, but I am not getting anywhere trying to contact Meta Quest for help.
Help! This unit was very expensive and I am not happy that it has not lasted very long.
