Left controller suddenly stopped working on quest pro, can't pair anymore.

My left controller suddenly stopped working, I didn't used my HMD since a while, I restarted it today, it updated and then updated my right controller but nothing happened on my left one and I couldn't get in on screen even if the led and haptics were working.
I tried  to unpair and pair it again in with mobile app and I got this: Your headset was disconnected . Please reconnect your headset to continue editing your headset settings .
Before I unpair it it was even recognized in the app.
The controller now react to all my commands (on, off, reset, pairing etc) and even enters pairing mode but nothing to do, each time I got this message after maybe 2 or 3 seconds.
I tested a lot of solutions except HMD factory reset but nothing worked
I will not do an HMD factory reset since I can still use my headset for sim racing without controller and if I reset the HMD  I will be stuck with left pairing.
Help please

I don't get it, is there any other way to get support from Meta?
It is quite frustrating, I see many people in the same situation, almost always with the left controller...
