I have several meta quest 2 points and many of them have the same problem. The left controller just stops working on its own, I use 1.2v rechargeable batteries. I sent them in for repairs, they don’t know what to do with them, it turns out to leave only one side of tracking. Has anyone encountered such a problem? what to do?

No, my playground has not changed, we have tried different playgrounds and the problem persists. Previously the tracking worked as it should. I don’t use cases or other devices. The problem only occurs on the left controllers, I can’t say after what point this happens and what is the reason for it, it just stops working. This problem happens everywhere, in games, in menus, and so on.
I sent the controller in for repair, the repairman could not find the problem and a way to completely solve it, but when you turn off one of the tracking sides and leave one tracked side (left or right), then one tracked side works correctly.
We appreciate you providing that information, @OMOH619! You had mentioned using 1.2v rechargeable batteries- we recommend that you use 1.5v batteries instead, as 1.2v is too weak of a voltage to allow continuous power cycling throughout the controller.
