Left eye display flickering with black bars after 68.0 update

Hi,

After the 68.0 update, while trying to view VR video content in the browser, the display of the left eye starts flickering with some black horizontal bars.
I've already did a factory reset, which worked until the headset updated again to latest version.
I also changed the refresh rate of the headset but it did not eliminate the issue. Other applications don't seem to have this problem, only in VR video inside the browser.

Is this a known issue?

Here are a couple of steps you can try:

  • Clear the cache on your browser
  • If this does not fix your issue, try viewing a VR video in an alternative browser to see if the same issue arises

it happened after an update a few months back. Got fixed a few weeks later. So yeah its a known issue thats appeared and been fixed before. It's annoying but it probably won't be long term.

It happen exactly the same to me withe Quest 2. After last update left screen starts flickering when browser VR functionality is on. It made it imposible to use it.

I've already done clear cache of the browser, try reboot, hard reset, and also the factory reset. Nothing works.

Let us know please if the is sometging that support team are working on.

exact same thing happens to me since the update yesterday 

Today the same happened to me as well.

Only when watching VR videos. The rest works normal.

new new update made it worse
