I'll just cut to the chase. Out of mostly frustration but also some fear, my 5 year old daughter dropped the headset twice while I was trying to help her enjoy some of the experiences. I re-seated the HDMI cable inside the headset to be sure it just didnt come loose, but still no good.
The lens is NOT cracked at all that I can see. Thankfully I did purchase a SquareTrade warranty for this after I saw via Twitter they confirmed someone else's question about coverage.
HOWEVER, Is there anything else I can do to try and open the device and reconnect what might be some other simply disconnected things? Unless a part of the circuit board(s) in there are irreparably cracked.
