I got this thing a month ago, and since the very first day I had it the facial interface, specifically the left side has always had issues but was manageable to an extent. The button to adjust the side would barely press in, but now it just won't unless I want to break a fingernail.
I bought my quest 3 from Amazon and REALLY don't want to return the whole thing just for something that's out of my control 🙄
Maybe just buy a different facial interface. You'll have to spend a little more money - although your problem is usually covered under warranty - but you can avoid the whole return process. Something like that... there are many others, just google it a bit.
