Hello there !
I have a problem with Les Mills Body Combat : when I try to install it on my wife Meta account, it gets stuck at "Installing" (for literally hours).
Then, if I try to run it (either from my Meta Account or her Meta account if the app is considered installed after a reboot), it gets stuck with a black screen right after the first logo.
I tried to Uninstall - Re-Install on my account => stuck at black screen again.
I tried to Uninstall - Re-Install on her account => stuck at "Installing" again.
I had to use SideQuest to clear OCMS data in order to force a proper reinstall on my Meta account.
I was able to run the game normally after that.
But as soon as I try to install it on her Meta account, the same thing repeats again.
I know I can create another player account in the game itself, so we could both play with my Meta account.
But that's not why she has her own Meta account in the first place...
So, anyone has a solution to properly share this app ?
Thank you.
Edit: Yes, sharing other apps works 🙂

Hey there, @Ice18.Studios! We definitely want both you and your wife to have a great experiences while using our devices! While most apps can be shared; however, developers can disable app sharing for their app. In these cases, the secondary account will not have the option to launch the app as it has not been shared. Additionally, DLC or addon content purchased separately from the original app cannot be shared via App Sharing. If you think that is not that case, we would love to further discuss this in a PM! Ok, I've found a Reddit post where a user report the same issue.
As you mentioned, may be the developer did not enable app sharing.
I'll contact them directly.
Thanks.
