Library/Application Window unclickable

- Device Owner (Prof 1) has Quest 2 with purchased games and with 2nd Account (Prof 2). No issues with Library/Application Window access.

- Bought Quest 3, Device Owner (Prof 1) Can't click any icons in Library/Application Window. Added 2nd account (Prof 2), same as Quest 2. All icons can be clicked or accessed by Prof 2.

- Quest 3 Factory reset. Made Prof 2 as the device owner, all icons in Library/Application Window can be clicked or accessed. Added 2nd account Prof 1 and now, all icons in Library/Application Window can be clicked or accessed. 

- What seems to be the issue making Prof 1 as device owner of Quest 3 that makes Library/Application Window not accessible?

- Will Factory reset on Quest 2 to remove Prof 1 as device owner resolve the issue?

I had a real time conversation with the assistance team, and they couldn't fix anything, so they told me that another (?) internal assistance team would email me. I'm still waiting.
