Library greyed out, can't access anything.

Wanted to use my Quest 2 today, and everything was going fine, until I had to reset the headset, and it got stuck in infinite Meta logo spinning, never getting to start, so I was forced to do a Factory reset.

After that, the headset finally started, but now my library is greyed out and I cannot interact with it in any way. I could download and start apps from the mobile app, or from the store tab in the headset, and after that, I can start those apps from the latest apps menu in the headset, but the library is still greyed out.

Searching online I saw this solution: https://communityforums.atmeta.com/t5/Get-Help/Can-t-access-any-game-or-application-on-Quest-2-3-due...

So I unlinked my instagram account from the headset, but I do no want to wait 15 days untill it is propperly unlinked. Could you speed up this process so I can see if that's really the problem? (And so I can use my headset propperly?)

Same issue here with meta quest 3. @MetaQuestSupport when is this going to be solved?
