Virtual desktop disappeared but I got no refund and now it makes me buy it and it's not in my library on app or quest

We see you're in contact with our support team. We suggest continuing contact with them to resolve this issue. We also suggest getting in contact with the developer of the app here. They may have some insight on this issue and may offer a solution.

I did this and it didn't work it says I purchased the app about a year ago but when I actually go to it in the store it wants me to buy it again
