Link order issue

I pre-ordered an Oculus Link cable from oculus.com on the 8th and it said it would be shipping February 3rd and I went to go check on it today after checking on it about once or twice a week since ordering and its gone from my orders list and I can't find it anywhere. I still have the confirmation email saying that I paid for it and I'm still down the 80 bucks it cost but I can't find it under my orders and I'm worry there was a mix-up. Even clicking on the order number supplied in the email it shows no result other than my orders list with nothing in it other than my games. Please help!

my order canceled this morning with no reason given, frustrated n confused

You won't be charged for your order until your order is ready to be shipped and once an order has been successfully charged, the order can't be cancelled.
