i recently had a case opened by the CES team. They have sent me a link to get updates. When I click on the link it goes to Meta workplace log in. I don’t have that so have no way of viewing my case. Can someone help with this please? case #[redacted]

Hi after posting I was hacked and suspended from my Facebook account and page I was told to message to discuss.

I have recently been hacked by an account called

They used my account damienvenditti_studios via Instagram to create their account and then broke facebook guidelines. Meta then suspended my Facebook account Damien Venditti and my Facebook art page damienvenditti_studios
I can no longer log into facebook and I’m being instructed to go to my instagram and lodge an appeal. I have a few times but I couldn’t find any specific report to file.
A few weeks ago meta opened a case and sent a link for me to check its progress but I need a meta workplace account. Case #7101341
