how do i make a formal complaint with Meta, i am sick to my bones with Meta Customer service help chat.
just giving me standard nonsense replys, with regards my daughters account.
i am going to factory reset the head set and sell it.
my daughter can have a playstation instead
however i have lost the games i have purchased over the last 4 months. i guess that won't be covered even though its metas problem
