I have tried numerous emails screen shot to get my son’s account unlocked, but have not had any resolution to this issue.

know it seem I  am being ignored via emails and via Facebook message.

There has to be away to unlock my son account.

Is it a Meta account for use on a Quest headset that you're trying to get unlocked, or a Facebook account?

If I don't take my foot off the gas, I might miss it all.

I have done this via numerous emails with meta Quest Support and screen shot and still not had this issue sorted

Also Meta support seems to have stopped answering my email which I do not appreciate.
