Hi! I have 2 accounts, 1 from my old job and 1 personal and now my work account is locked because when setting up the headset I set my age to 8 years. I have tried to validate it by using my credit card but I only get a JavaScript error on that page. I have tried it on phone and pc, does not work in any of them. I have also tried to do it by sending in my drivers license, this was 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened. The issue I also have is that the locked account is connected to my old work email which I do not have access to anymore. I have the email and password for the account so I can login, but then the account is completely locked. What should I do? I have games that I have bought on that account.
