Here at Meta Quest Support we only have the tools and relevant information to assist specifically with Meta Quest related accounts and devices. For assistance with your Instagram account you would have to contact them directly.
It is easy to see Meta as an umbrella company encompassing different services and products however we here at Meta Quest Support are completely separate from Instagram support and would be unable to assist with Instagram related issues.
We completely understand you want to regain access to your account as soon as possible however only Instagram themselves will be able to assist you.
