Locked out by 2FA

i have been locked out of my account by 2fa for multiple months now. just got a quest 2 again and can’t log in. i have emailed support to no avail. i have my case number and account details in case they are needed.

I am locked out too, have been trying everything but need to speak to someone as it goes in a loop with technical errors 😕

Just to clarify are you currently locked out of your account because of two-factor authentication, either too many attempts or lost access? If either of these is the case, then send us a private message. To do so, simply click on our name to access our profile page or click on the provided link.
