I hope to get some support with my Facebook account.
I unfortunately bricked my phone and i can no longer log into Facebook.
I had a 2FA set up but of course i no longer have access to that.
One solution they offer is to approve my login from a different machine where i am already logged in (my phone), but that's of course impossible as i said, my phone got bricked and lost my 2FA and recovery password with it.
My only solution was to upload some proof of identity but that one has been rejected countless times even though they all had all the required info.

Can a support please help me and actually read my plea and NOT dismiss me by sending me to the looping self-help page? Please? There are no solutions there for cases such as these and i have already read that you provided support with people in the same situation.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
