Locked out from account - no access to old email

Hey there,

Locked out from my old account because i have no access to my old email account.
Since there are some games on this account, i wanted to ask if the accounts can be merged or the old account can be modified to my new mail adress.

I know all login data from the old account and also have the same device (Quest 2). 

Thanks for any help.
