My 2step authentication code keeps going to my Landline and I can not get the code to my cell phone to unlock Facebook. What’s the point of resetting my account as being hacked if I can’t get in to change my information for my cell phone#. It’s a vicious circle loop no matter what I try to get back into my Facebook. How do I get in to change my cell phone to get my access code to get back online. Nothing I’ve tried works if I can’t get the code. Changed my password like 20 times and it keeps going right back to the text code that goes to my landline that I can’t access. So frustrating. Can’t use Messenger, Facebook or any of my Facebook related login games.
So what’s the point of having a meta account for Facebook issues if you can’t even get solutions to the problems for Facebook. How can I go to Facebook.com/help IF I CANT GET INTO Facebook in the first place. Facebook has ZERO customer service help and is pathetic. So frustrating.
