Locked out of Oculus 2 headset

Forgive my ignorance. I need help please. My grandson had his Oculus account suspended, for incorrect age. He was logged on when the account was suspended. Now he is unable to log off the account. Additionally he cannot reset the oculus headset while logged on with suspended account. I understand suspending or deactivating his account due to the age issue, he is 12 with a 13 yo account access, how can we unlock his headset (stop recognizing his suspended logged in account) or how do we get his account email back to make a new account or how can we get his oculus headset to work with a new email account? Please help. It’s a very expensive paperweight right now.

Thank you so much. I have sent a message to the address you provided. Fingers crossed. Should I wait to see if they can fix or at least tell me it is gone forever, before saying this was answered?
