My son has tried several time to log back into his account but every time it asks for a 2FA code, as he never set up an authenticator, nor has he recorded any back up numbers he is unable to log in, the above mentioned ticket was raised and a new code was sent to reset it, however this code failed to help and although my son once again requested help via a return email, it was ignored. I am now asking for help in this matter as his headset has now become a glorified paperweight.
please can someone help
