Locked out of account please help

I have tried to contact meta as I received an email to say my email address has been removed and a new one added. My account is no longer there or accessible and my son is heart broken. All of his games and spends are gone. I have tried to raise a ticket with meta. Got some replies and now nothing. When I now go on the headset I get a message to put a code in against an email address that's not mine. Please help

I have shared this and had a response saying it's gone to the email team to investigate and resolve. Are you able to update me please as I have yet had no feedback.

I have checked all of my email accounts and can't find any emails from you guys...all spam and junk folders also checked. Can I ask what email address you have sent to please?
