Log back in on another device

My Oculus is forcing me to login in on another device.  The screen says to remove headset, go to www.meta.com/device on mobile or desktop, log into your meta account with your Facebook account, when promoted enter the following code.  The code is cutoff on the screen.  I can’t scroll down to see it.  How do I get a device code so I can move forward?

  • What device do you currently own?
  • Have you rebooted the headset?
  • Have you performed a factory reset?
    • Performing a factory reset won't remove content you've purchased or downloaded from your account.

I have been having the same exact problem with my quest 2 and I've turned it off and back on, I’ve restarted it and still it hasn’t fix. I however haven’t done a factory reset and don’t want to if I don’t have to. Any other solutions or explanations for this problem?

I had the same problem and went into system setting and made the text size smaller. It was set to largest and i changed it to medium. Once it restarted amd the message came back up I could see whole code.

I've been having troubles with my quest 2 it keeps saying log in on a diffrent device and my brother has a quest 2 also but he didn't get it and it just keeps asking me to pay and enter my debit but I use PayPal for meta
