I have a Meta account that I registered over a year ago and haven't logged into for more than a year. Recently, I got a new laptop and tried to log into my account but couldn't.
I requested a password reset and received the reset code via email. After entering the code and creating a new password, I pressed the "Next" button, but I couldn't proceed. The system kept showing a "Password Forget" message.
Although I received an email confirming that my password was changed, I still can't log in with the new password.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, and can you advise on how to resolve it?Thank you.
Actually, I log in to Facebook through the app on my smartphone because I can’t receive the password reset code when using a browser, even after clearing the cache.
