Hi, will be really thankfull for any help or advice.
I didn't use my quest 2 for a year or so and now turned it on, used it for a while without any problems on a older version and decided to update. After update it asked me to relogin on other device with a code with using my email, all other functions are disabled. When I'm trying to log in on my Laptop with the same email it gives me this message :
It looks like there isn’t an account associated with "my email". Make sure you use an account given to you by your organization (for example, your university or the company you work for). I've logged in my meta accont without any problems on laptop. But can't figure out what should I do in order to log into my account on my quest 2. Does it mean my old account was a buisness account and now it locked somehow? If so how can I cancle this and make it regular account again?
