I have Samsung oculus gear vr headset set. It requires oculus app to use in vr headset. When I try to login with my Facebook account on oculus app, I have got an error, although my Facebook account already login on my device. Also tried to create new account on oculus app, but getting error.
Can someone advise how ro fix this issue. I would appreciate if anyone can provide Canada or U.S customer service phone number. I could not find the number.

No. Meta has no solutions, just saying that their engineers are working on it. This problem has persisted for well over a year so it’s obvious they have no intention to fix this, as it serves them no purpose to have people using ‘out of date’samsung products.
